The load-bearing frame of the soft-play groups is built from 25×25 mm iron profile. The profiles are covered with sponge and enclosed with safety netting.

Outdoor products use impregnated natural pine, with corners and side edges rounded against the risk of collision. Soft-play groups are built on a 25×25 mm iron profile frame, covered with sponge and PE foam and sheathed in 450 Denier PVC. Nursery furniture uses 18 mm beech plywood.

Water-based coating test report
We use a water-based varnish on the surfaces children touch. It lets the timber breathe and contains no volatile organic compounds or toxic substances, and it carries an EN 71-3 (heavy-metal migration) test report. 131 models in the catalogue record it.
Natural pine, pressure impregnated
Natural pine used outdoors is impregnated to increase its durability and service life. Corners and side edges are rounded against the risk of collision.

Bebeji Design was founded in 1989. It now works from Serik / Antalya with a team of 70 and 10,000 m² of production and storage floor, and takes on bespoke project design through its own architectural staff and CNC lines.
